How was the booking process handled?: Everything worked well - there were no problems whatsoever with the reservation and the fact that payment had already been made.
Other comments about the hotel: Staying at the Navarat was a pleasant experience. There were a couple of people who could speak well in English and answered queries etc. The staff which could only speak Thai were wonderful, and they tried patiently to figure out what I needed from my very poor Thai. I used the restaurant for breakfasts and the laundry service twice; no problems at all with either. For somebody who would like a local, friendly stay, I recommend the Navarat.
