How was the booking process handled?: Easy to book. When I checked out the reception asked me to pay for the room, but I told her I had submitted the voucher when I checked in. I had made a second copy of the voucher for myself. There was no problem and she agreed that I had already paid for the room.
Other comments about the hotel: Very pleasant stay and a good hotel. Clean, safe, the staff is very friendly. Restaurant was good, appreciated the computer in the lobby. Room did not have hot water.
