How was the booking process handled?: immediate response, very helpful
Other comments about the hotel: A towel terrain with big block for the rooms and poor spa equipment plus a smaller one for the restaurant is not a village, even not a vacation facility. The marvelous view on the island is free-no booking needed! Rooms have simple garden view.Credit cards are not welcomed, plus 3% on every bill! Complaints not accepted because all do it , which is not true.If you do not speak French you might also experience some arrogance of the patron. In total a disappointment.

Other comments about the hotel: We stayed two nights at this lovely hotel, nice and clean room, friendly staf and the owner mr Patrick was very helpful. Beautiful beach. Laem Sing is very genuin and still unspoiled. We visit the Oasis Sea World and swimmed with dolphins. Love to come back some time!

Other comments about the hotel: We were looking for a nice unspoiled place to stay and selected le Village Napoleon at Laem Sing, Chantaburi, from internet with no real knowledge of what we would find, except for some detail that said it was quiet and untouched by tourism.We discovered that it was much more. A great place to visit, lovely people, excellent food and a real change from most Thailand tourist goals. We stayed at Le Village Napoleon and fell in love with this wonderful place.Ulla & Sivert
