Very nice location next to the river but a long way from any restaurants etc. Big clean pool and staff are friendly

How was the booking process handled?: very professional and efficient.This was a last minute booking, same day, and no problems. Also the rate was 40% cheaper than hotel rate
Other comments about the hotel: a very tired hotel/rooms, no UBC, and a dirty swimming pool with a noisy aircon unit disturbing the peace. Breakfast was unexciting and coffee very low grade.

Other comments about the hotel: Wathever brings you to Chachoengsao the Wangtara Hotel is one off the best options you have. Comfortable and well equiped rooms,overall a litlle faded and worn-out.But still funtional.This was my 2nd stay and I noticed a major clean up off the swimmingpool, gardens an riverside area.Considered the low occupancy they do very much their best to keep the resort in a decant shape.Staff is very friendly and helpfull.Breakfast Ok, but average.For the price this is a good deal!!!

Other comments about the hotel: This is a big hotel!Once in a time a luxury hotel. But now..20 years with no update its lika a ghost hotel. But for the price you get an ok hotel. I hope someone with lot of money will renovate this hotel. because once in a time it was an 4 star resort!!

Other comments about the hotel: OKVERY FIENDLY PERSONELTHE POOL WAS NOT THAT CLEANi think it is better closing of the small(kids) pool because it is disgusting(black)this is a rather older hotel, internet broke most of the time, pitty, fridge in room empty(only 2 bottles of water)tables are filthy and dirty all the time of the day...tables and chairs at the pool under bird shit.elevators are clean and without noise. rooms ok, tv s only 8 channels if you re lucky, airco ok everywhere
