How was the booking process handled?: very good
Other comments about the hotel: Good for the honeymoon couple who want to stay in the hotel all the day.The problem is the way to the hotel is too far from the beach and it s not safety for girls to go there because in the night there s not any light along the way to the hotel. The taxi from the beach costs 100 baht which is too expensive for less than 1 km. But we have to pay for our saftey. :(The hotel front is not so friendly with Thai people. I don t know why I can t change the room in the same area that I can have the pool in front of my room. My room is at the corner(Waree deluxe). I wanted to book for the Waree grand one but it s not available. He said that the room I want was occupied but in the night I don t see anyone in these rooms. There s only one shower cap in the bathroom ,only 2 kinds of towel (no middle size for the hair and face). And there s no hair dryer. The breakfast is not so good quality. You can say it by the cheap sausage they offer us.The best thing is that the maid who s from Cambodia being kind enough to give me the antirepellant spray without asking! Thank you for your kindness.

How was the booking process handled?: no problem. Used ThailandHotels-24.com many times, always good.
Other comments about the hotel: Nice hotel, good location, not on the beach. Nice pool! Friendly staff.

How was the booking process handled?:
Other comments about the hotel:

How was the booking process handled?: Very verat pleased. I used ir for the first time and I will use it in the future, for sure.
Other comments about the hotel: The hotel is not bad and the staff is very friendly, but I think it is really overpriced. The room is acceptable, breakfast also, and swimming pool is nice, but the location is not great and, for that price, I think you can find better places to stay in .

How was the booking process handled?: No problem at all!
Other comments about the hotel: Lovly and familijar hotel. Not located in the beach area, a few minutes to walk. A walk that maybe could have been a little nicer (dark and muddy) and have better signs and directions (also from the pier). But the hotel area was wonderful with a nice pool. Friendely and helpful hotel staff. Good breakfast buffet. A relly good hotel. Good value for money.

How was the booking process handled?: great
Other comments about the hotel: Lima Bella was a wonderful place to stay. The staff and service were very friendly. Being small we got to know everyone which was lovelly. While the location is away from th beach it is nice to get way from the noise and business of saikaiw. Hoghly recommend it. travelling around the isloans this seemed to be one of the best places to stay. The report was expensive compared to other parts of Thailand, however it was comparable, considering the quality for the island.

How was the booking process handled?: Reservation was wonderful fast and efficient although this was my first time using as a customer. Thank you!!
Other comments about the hotel: The resort was nice although it\ s a little difficult to walk to the beach due to location, you could walk but when it rains this would be difficult since the roads could be flooded out and difficult to walk during the night incase you would go out late. Last but not least the service was great! with lots of smile. Would recommend to others!!

How was the booking process handled?: Quick and easy.
Other comments about the hotel: Beautiful small resort with fantastic pool. Our room was the budget garden room but we found it luxurious with a huge comfy bed. Explaining basic things to staff was v difficult as no one seemed to speak even basic English but they were friendly and welcoming. Not being right on the beach was an advantage to us as it kept the place quiet. The beach was crowded and smelly !

How was the booking process handled?: Everything worked just fine with our booking service.
Other comments about the hotel: The Resort was not as grand as I expected. The internet shows a much more fantastic view of the place. In the pool there were big tablets (7cm in diameter) laying on the bottom slowly melting to nothing. I wunder what that was....thank good my youngest kid was five and is not puting thing in her mouth any more. The personal was fantastic, giving us a perfect service all time. The night personal is a other question, he was really tired, I tried to wake up when I needed help geting a skorpion out of our room. That took me some time.... But still Koh Samet was a fantastic island and Sai Kaiw Beach wonderful. Best regards Familjen Gullstedt Sverige

How was the booking process handled?:
Other comments about the hotel: Having thoroughly researched the accomodations in Koh Samet prior to making my bookings, I arrived at the island not expecting much in terms of hotel quality around the main beach (Sai Kaew). However, I had an overall postive experience at the charming Lima Bella and felt it was good value for money. I would recommend the hotel to those looking mid-price accommodation, a quiet hotel close by (but not on) the beach, and simple yet charming and relatively clean rooms. Upon entering Lima Bella I was greeted by friendly staff and a pretty, manicured garden (a nice contrast to the beach scenery). There s also a mid-size pool and bar. We chose the most affordable Garden Puta room. It was simple and functional, but not without some design aesthetics that added a splash of colour to a neutral backdrop. Also, I peered into the window of a larger Suite room and it looked great.Bed sheets were clean, but the hotel could take better care of the walls and shower curtain. I only have two complaints: the smell of sewage from the bathroom - either through the drainage or toilet - that rose up once or twice during our stay. But luckily the smell didn t last long. Secondly, don t expect a tasty breakfast - pretty basic and poorly cooked. Lima Bella is not directly on the beach but about 300m away (3-5 min walk) on a dusty path - which was fine by me. However, if you re looking for beach-front accommodation, you may want to consider Sai Kaew beach resort or Le Blanc beach resort. We rented a motorbike to explore the island, over to Ao Prao beach on the North West side. That area is much more chic, with proper resort-style hotels (although we did not see the rooms). Lima Bella s sister hotel, Lima Coco, is located there. It s modern and probably the most hip on the island, in terms of design. I recommend heading there for the sunset, followed by a BBQ dinner. The sand/ water is generally nicer over on Sai Kaew.

How was the booking process handled?: bra som alltid
Other comments about the hotel: Vi kan varmt rekomendera detta hotell på Koh Samet.
