Other comments about the hotel: My wife and I had a really relaxing and comfortable week at Cloud 19 and can without hesitation recommend the resort to anyone looking for peace and tranquillity, combined with high standard and good service.We had room 2.floor at the new building above main resort, nice pool right at our rooms doostep, and had it for ourselves almost the whole week. Staff very friendly and smiling, but a few points could be more convenient, without any cost or efforts:!. Coffee was served at breakefast in nice, but small cups, nobody looked after if one wanted more, you had to ask and then wait for another cup, over and over again! Why not check that guests had their cups filled ? After all there were never more than one or two tables occupied.2. You got 2 or 3 toasts served, but only one single, mini pack of jam! Had to ask every morning for more, and then got another single one. Why on earth not serve some assorted packets of jam at a tray, to avoid irritation over this trifle ?3. Why is it that so many resorts choose to present all prices in restaurants without including tax and service ?All consumers are only interested in what is the price , not to bring own calculators to find out what will be the price to pay. We experienced during our 6 weeks stay in Thailand this time that 4 out of 7 resorts had observed this point and used correct prices, thank heaven.As for location, please observe that there are nothing around except the resort alone. How was the booking process handled?: Good and efficient but beware if you have a child that can sleep on a daybed or mattress then don t put down for any children as we had to pay 1000 baht extra for a bed when our 3yo child could have slept on a daybed instead.
Other comments about the hotel: We had a great time staying at Cloud 19. The beach isn t the best beach in Phuket but looks lovely on the high tide. This hotel would be best suited for someone who wants to get away from the hustle of the big beaches. We stayed in the cheapest room and it was the best room I have stayed in a hotel. very nice lay-out with fan and AC. Heaps of lighting.

Other comments about the hotel: very nice and peaceful place. you see the see from every rooms. wake up and see the sea as a postcard :) we were one of the 3 guests in the hotel so it was very quite. the pool was clean. and the best food in thailand in the hotel. try it.only the bed were small and hard.if you want to stay there you should have car or bike.
