How was the booking process handled?: No problem, went very smooth.
Other comments about the hotel: Very nice and cosy hotel. Peaceful and quiet (especially summertime). Helpful and nice staff. Clean, big rooms with good bathrooms. The only complaint is that the beds are too hard to be very comfortable.

Other comments about the hotel: Very happy with this hotel, bungalows are big and really nice, even though the hotel was fully booked we felt alone listening to the frogs outside at night. The spa is great! Super-friendly staff and lovely surroundings. I recommend this hotel to families, it´s close to both the beach and shopping/restaurants and the pool is very nice. I only wish they could clean the rooms better.

Other comments about the hotel: Stayed at the Khaolak Bhandari resort last February. Thai style villa was really nice & clean. Good service, excellent facilities. Family oriented resort. Not on the beach but the pool was fine. Good restaurant and food.Had a nice stay overall
