Main issue was no lift which made it a struggle to get to the top floor with a baby and all her stuff .Hotel also said no baby beds but we saw one in the room next to us.

I have used this servce several times, and have not had any problems with it. Other comments about the hotel: I visited this hotel in 2007, and found it to be satisfactory for my needs. However during this visit I found that almost all of the staff was anywhere from unfriendly to outright discourtious! Also, I cannot vouch for all of the rooms, but my room, while clean, was rather threadbear, and very very used! Also breakfast was generally cold. No fires under the warming pans for eggs or ham. The coffee was actually quite good. Again, the staff at breakfast were not at all friendly! Later this winter when I go back to Bang Saen, I think I will try another hotel.

Bed Sheets not clean.. the location of the hotel is ok. I requested for sea vieaw and i got it.. but when i came out to the balcony i saw lot of birds sitting there and the place was bit dirty so i did not enjoy my evening sitting in my balcony thats what i liked to do. The break fast for just simple as I saw many local people staying there so its natural to have thai break fast. overall for the price you pay its just ok. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Only disadvantage is that it doesn t have lifts. Awkward for a guest with a bad back. Limited menu choice for breakfast.
