Other comments about the hotel: Location is a bit far from Ao Nang,nearest 7/11 is a mile away,hardly any shops around,lovely beach and nice bungalows but when busy they are not cleaned,very much a one man band where the owner is trying to do everything without any team effort.Also the wifi is only available in the lobby and does not reach the bungalows which is a pity. Other comments about the hotel: Great hotel, great and clean pool, good breakfast, nice staff!But a BIG minus is that all the sunchairs is taken at 07:00 in the morning.. So if your a late sleeper, you don´t get a place to sit! I really dont like that people getting upp early just to put a towel on the chair and then get back to bed just to come back at 9 or 10am..or going to the town first! It whould be nice if the hotel don´t accept that!!You take a chair when you get there or else, don´t block the chair for everyone else!!

Other comments about the hotel: Jätte trevligt hotell. Vi bodde med poolaccess vilket var det bästa vi gjort då vi har 2 barn på 4 och 8 år. Kan verkligen rekomendera det var inte mitt i gröten men ändå nära. Poolen var stor och trevlig och rummen lika så.

Other comments about the hotel: Rawi Warin är ett fantastiskt hotell med fina rum och vackert hotellområde. Hotellet har allt ett 5 stjärnigt hotell ska ha. Enda nackdelen är att man får betala lite högre priser för mat och dryck men det finns alternativ utanför hotellet. Not far from the beach and many good resaurants near by.The room was OK(garden view) so we had shaddov on the terasse and could sit outside in the afternoon. Other comments about the hotel: Very good location and the room we ve stayed was really spacious and well designed. Unfortunately the isolation with the door next door is really bad, we could hear everything. In the bathroom, the shower wasn t as expected, no pressure with the water, the handel should be changed. I loved the concept with the IPAD and electric curtains. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to stay near the nightlife & shopping.

Other comments about the hotel: Big clean rooms,great views from our balcony.Good value for money.The hotel is looking quite tired and is overdue some renovations.The pools are very clean and the water was lovely and cool,very refreshing.The food in the restaurant was fantastic.All the staff were very helpful and friendly,especially the restaurant staff,they made us feel very welcome and made our stay very enjoyable,a big hello and thank you to them all.Location was great,only a five minute walk and your in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. Other comments about the hotel: The Hotel is way off the beach but 10 min walk to shopping street. Far away from being a five or four star hotel regards to freshness and service. Our room weren t cleaned for instance. The hotel felt and looked old not refurbished since it was built 15 y ago.

Other comments about the hotel: Absolutly awful. Bed bugs, cockroaches, you name it, twin palm bungalows has them. If your 18 and live the party scene, stay here, as the bungalows are right next to slinkys beach bar. The busiest beach bar in phi phi. Expect music so loud your hit shakes until 4 am. I did not sleep the whole time I was there and I was bitten all night by bed bugs!!

Other comments about the hotel: BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE. My worst hotel during a month long trip to SE Asia. Service was incredibly bad. Room was big but dirty (urine stains on toilet seat, mold in the bath). Staff was INCREDIBLE unfriendly and incompetent (never experienced that in asia). Not willing to exchange currencies. Food at the restaurant was far below average, too. Also the location is in the middle of nowhere and the beach is dirty. There are so many better options at the Krabi or Koh Lanta area, just do not stay here.
