Other comments about the hotel: I have stayed there for 2 nights, room was clean but I used the most expensive room type F and Airconditioner had very poor performance, hot water didn t work. Staff almost couldn t understand english and the manager was a bit rude. Check out time is at 11AM, which you just can t see in Thailand. No late check out possible. And if you stay till 12:00, they will charge you extra money. The only plus was: room was very clean. 1200THB/night

Other comments about the hotel: We enyoyed our stay quit a lot. The apartment was big and well planned even for a family with three kids. The location was good right at the beach and we could sit on a sunbed when the kids where playing in the sand or in the water. Koh Tao was a lovley island and we will come back!

Other comments about the hotel: We chose this hotel for its proximity to the ferry terminal, intending to stay anight or two. Well we wound up staying 7 delightfull days. Clean, well appointed rooms, especially the suites, right on the beach. Friendly service, good food, close to all ameneties of Mae Haad village. Oh and did I mention great snorkeling? If this place doesn t please you, you should probably stick to camping in the wilds of North America!

How was the booking process handled?: As always ThailandHotels-24.com offer good quick booking service, I have used many times for resorts/hotels and transfers first class service.
Other comments about the hotel: Very good apartments directly onto beach, very quiet, clean and comfortable. Good value for the money, staff and mangement freindly and helpful. I would stay again when in Koh Tao.

Other comments about the hotel: The room we stayed in way right behind the reception and kitchen and was a bit noisey at times. It was also extremely hot and sticky! Even with the fan on full power it was uncomfortable to sleep there.If I was going to Ko Tao again I would stay in the Sai Ree area as the location of this hotel was too far away from the nice beaches and bars of Sai Ree.

Other comments about the hotel: Very near harbour ,just 5 min walk.Air con with fridge , warm shower, big room and bed.But you need 20min walk to Sairee Beach. If you have many luggage ,it is good for you.But if you just have backpack, stay near Sairee Beach will be better.

Other comments about the hotel: Disappointing atmosphere upon arrival, stuffy room not made for natural/fan ventilation. Biggest problem was repetitive power outages in the room, each time in the adjacent rooms the aircondionter started up. Owner blamed general outages, but lights all around were always on.
