Other comments about the hotel: When i walked up to the place i see 2 women sitting there being bored. I tell them i made a reservation and they say what is the booking number. I tell them it is in my notebook and they need a printout and both point me to the nearest internetshop. Not a friendy or helpful start! Other comments about the hotel: Utopia Suites is located near the pier. The food there is very nice, and the waiter is kind and deligent. beside the hotel, there are some shops and bike rent, so it is very convenient.but the cock start singing around 12 midnight.

Other comments about the hotel: The hotel is located next to the busiest pier on the island, which means there are tons of boats docked and constantly moving about. Although we had a nice little piece of beach, the constant noise was quite disturbing. The rooms ended up being more expensive than advertised, and after paying an arm and a leg, there was no water pressure for showers and sinks during the duration of our stay. These are not bungalows, as advertised, but hotel-style suites. Although the rooms are quite nice, overall, we will not be staying there again nor would I recommend Utopia to my friends. Other comments about the hotel: The appartaments ( i stayed in a luxury one ) are on the beach. It was big and clean. i only found 2 or 3 big Beatles! in the same zone you can find something cheaper, but in peak season everything is full, so i prefeared book from home and spend a little bit more.

The room was generous with 2 seperate areas and a bathroom. The breezes were welcome. Hotel was close to ferry stop. We had a short but very comfortable stay. Would gladly return.

Motor rent and travel agent next door, 2 steps to supermarkets and Massage places etc.Family style decoration, homelike facilities, smiling and helpful staff.The Mrs. is welcoming and admirable. I was ill and cannot take care of my 2 baby sisters, so she invited them for family dinner, they had a GREAT time with her family!!! I really appreciate her hospitality! Memory of staying there is cherished.

Other comments about the hotel: I have stayed there for 2 nights, room was clean but I used the most expensive room type F and Airconditioner had very poor performance, hot water didn t work. Staff almost couldn t understand english and the manager was a bit rude. Check out time is at 11AM, which you just can t see in Thailand. No late check out possible. And if you stay till 12:00, they will charge you extra money. The only plus was: room was very clean. 1200THB/night [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Other comments about the hotel: We enyoyed our stay quit a lot. The apartment was big and well planned even for a family with three kids. The location was good right at the beach and we could sit on a sunbed when the kids where playing in the sand or in the water. Koh Tao was a lovley island and we will come back!
