How was the booking process handled?: It is comfortable. But I need to take some days for settle bill payment as I live outside Thailand. If, next time, It could be more days for me to settle the bill. I love to book with your website,,,same as staffs of hotel they said your website is convenience ...as I think.

Other comments about the hotel: Vi fick ett rum dÀr ngn rökt i veckotal - inte sÄ kul nÀr man reser med bebis. Inte sÄ bra service nÀr vi försökte komma till rÀtta med problemet. Det vÀrsta var dock att det inte var stÀdat. LÄg standard, inte sÄ mysigt att sitta pÄ verandan. Frukosten bristfÀllig. Poolen helt ok för ett dopp, stranden nedanför Àr bra och ganska lugn. Other comments about the hotel: HĂŒbsches Mittelklasse Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Angestellten ( Englischkenntnisse allerdings mĂ€ssig gut ). Die Pool Anlage wurde tĂ€glich gereinigt - das Hotelrestaurant ist im Vergleich zu den anderen Restaurants an der Bummelmeile Chaweng eine gute Alternative wenn man mal abends nicht raus will. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen wenn man Wert auf Ruhe an schöner Lage legt, wir wĂŒrden es wieder buchen.Chaweng Beach als solches hingegen ist inzwischen komplett ĂŒberpowert mit aggressiven Schneidern und dem ganzen rest von StĂ€nden mit aufdringlichen Typen die einem alle 10 Schritte was andrehen wollen was kein Mensch braucht und schlicht denken die Touristen wĂ€re alle NUR Doof ( Preise )... Other comments about the hotel: Based on the quieter south of Chaweng beach, these bungalows were the perfect location for us.The were spacious and quite idylic outside, although a little dated inside.The staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned everyday (although the same bed sheets were used for our duration I think) - all in all, nice. Definately look around before booking, Chaweng Cove Rosetel is nearby & way better & similar price. No Wifi. Although Staff were friendly, pool seemed nice. Other comments about the hotel: Euh! So NOT worth the money! The bungalows smelled of mould/mildew and damp/moisture. It was a mosquito paradise as well. The reception staff was very rude and unhelpfull when we wanted to cancel our reservations. They got over 6000THB in deposit, and would not let us stay for more than an hour to get a new accomodation. And we did not get any refound at all. Save your money and an unpleasant stay, and book next door, SeaScape instead

We stayed at the beach front bungalow, which is pretty basic but clean and comfortable.It has an inroom safe and a small refrigerator.The staff is very nice and helpful, and any complaints we had were addressed immediately.
