Other comments about the hotel: It was really an amazing stay there. Seaview room without any abstacle to the fantastic view of the sea and the beach. Staying in the sofa right at the balcony, enjoying the seaview and nice fruit, a memorable stay there!

How was the booking process handled?: Very prompt service. Was just a little disappointed that Seaview XL room was listed as available on booking website but turned out to be sold out.
Other comments about the hotel: We had a great stay (4-nights) in a seaview room at the Hansar Samui. Check-in service was fast, and we were pleased that the front desk called to ask if we needed airport transfer, and extended check-out time for us because our flight was in the late afternoon. The daily breakfast was nice with a good selection of western and thai dishes but the service was quite slow and can be improved. Many plus points - the view from the salt water pool was truly breath-taking; day-bed in the balcony was great for a lazy afternoon; bed was very comfortable; and close proximity to fisherman s village provided many dining options. Some minuses - pillows were too soft and gave us a neck ache; insufficient lighting in premise at night (bad fall on the first night); and beach was not great compared to chaweng. Other comments about the hotel: L hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, en bordure d une plage avec des transats, juste à côté de Fisherman s Village. Ce qui permet d aller dîner ou faire du shopping facilement.Magnifique design intérieur n utilisant que des matériaux naturels.Il y a une grande piscine à débordement et un bassin pour enfants.Les chambres ont toutes un balcon avec vue sur mer. Elles sont spacieuses et tres confortables et la literie est vraiment excellente.L accès à internet est gratuit.Mais le plus agréable dans cette hotel, c est que tout est fait pour rendre votre séjour innoubliable.Le service est irréprochable le personnel et les serveurs sont tres attentionnés et professionnels.Je remercie en particulier le manager de l hotel, Mr Supit pour son accueil, sa gentillesse son aide et ses conseilles.(organisation des anniversaires de ma femme et mon fils : fleurs, gateaux, champagnes, ect ...)Le restaurant, tenu par un chef, est exceptionnel.Les petits dejeuners sont excellents et le spa parmis les meilleurs de Samui.C est de loin le meilleur hotel où nous avons séjourné en Thailande. Other comments about the hotel: I stayed here as a splurge with my partner. The hotel was fantastic. Upon arrival, you are greeted with absolute friendliness and a few pleasant, refreshing surprises. We were shown to our immaculate tmroom which was just beautiful. The room was spacious, close to the beach and extremely clean. My only fault with the room was the shower sprayed water out in the main area a little which almost made me slip. The balcony was great for relaxing, the bed was very comfortable we loved every moment. The bar staff were friendly which was nice after a swim. The location for us was great - at the end of the beach bit yet close enough to walk to the fine restaurants of Bophut. Breakfast was a bit of a let down considering how gorgeous the rest of the hotel is. We could have easily stayed here the rest of our stay and will definitely be back! Other comments about the hotel: Hansar is one of the best resorts I´ve stayed at on Samui. We arrived late december and stayed here for 10 days- every day was a great pleasure. Rooms was perfect (also for a family with 2 children), with a great balcony with daybed and super chairs to relax in the evening.We got friendly and warm service everywhere and the staff was very good organized and trained.
