How was the booking process handled?: Booking was efficient, and all email queries that I made were responded to promptly. An excellent service all round!
Other comments about the hotel: The resort was smaller than we expected but this just added to its charm. All staff could not do enough to help us during our stay - they always had a ready smile and offered good local advise for us. We have been to Thailand 3 times and would definitely stay at Samui Heritage resort again. Only downside, if you like sitting around the pool, there aren t many sun loungers so you ll have to get up early! other than that, the beach is a few minutes walk away where you can get free sunbeds with waiter service - what more could you ask for - again, Samui Heritage will definitely be on our wishlist for future visits to Thailand [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Other comments about the hotel: Breakfast wasnt great. problem booking a car for me. delayed me 2 hours. kept telling me 5 mins. then 30 minutes etc.Lovely charming hotel. very personal. Outside toilet and shower can be a surprise!! spiders, mossies.would stay there again
