How was the booking process handled?: I changed my air ticket 3 times due and ThailandHotels-24.com staff assisted every time when i asked them to notify the resort. This was done quickly and professionally. Well done again ThailandHotels-24.com.
Other comments about the hotel: Positives. We stayed in a room room. Lovely and relaxing. Food was relatively good. We had foot massage which were average. Staff are friendly and helpful but some of key staff had a problem understanding us but we managed. Lovely surroundings. Main pool area is lovely. Negatives. Airconditioner filters were filthy and we cleaned them ourselves. You need to hire some kind of transport as it is a 40 minute drive to Chaweng. Person who drove us to the airport dumped the cases and did not offer to lift them onto the trolleys like other resorts do and we were two females with heavy cases. I am under the impression that some of the staff live on the premises or it looked like it and one of them kept on racing his motor bike up and down passed the main pool entrance which I found extremely irritating. Small things but we lived with them.In general it was a lovely resort and I would go back

Other comments about the hotel: Lovely hotel and amazing staff. On the quite end of the island with beaches close by. The rooms where perfect modern but still very Thai. Staff where very nice and helpful and did all they could to make the stay as nice as possible.

Other comments about the hotel: I stayed at this hotel because I was doing a course at Kamalaya, which is nearby and very expensive. This resort is about 1/4 the price of Kamalaya and the rooms are very nice. However, there is no beach, the pool is small, and the location is very out-of-the way, so for me there is no real reason to stay there except as a cheaper alternative to Kamalaya s room rates. The hotel does provide a van for transport for its guests, at a price, but they failed to pick me up at the airport as promised (though they did agree to reimburse me in the end). They have some nice large villas so perhaps families would enjoy staying in those. The pool room that I stayed in was nice, though the bed was rock-hard and the pool only large enough to sit or maybe float in. The fridge did not work, and was not fixed even after I requested them to. Lastly, there was never anyone in reception when I needed to speak to someone, so the service, I felt, could be better.

Other comments about the hotel: Superior Room в Ban Kao Tropical тоже хорошее место. Но лучше позвать друзей и поселиться в Виллу. Superior Room in the Ban Kao Tropical is also a good place. But better to call your friends and stay in the villa.

Other comments about the hotel: Мы жили в Pool Villa . Это хорошее место для небольшой компании. Уютно, как дома. По тайски доброе обслуживание. На Chaweng или Lamai такое место найти невозможно. Берег в 15 минутах ходьбы. На пляже в районе Ban Kao мало людей, некоторые загорают голышом... Нужно арендовать транспорт. Место куда хочется вернуться.We lived in a Pool Villa . This is a good place for a small company. Comfortably at home. According to Thai good service. On Chaweng or Lamai this place can not be found. Beach in 15 minutes. On the beach near Ban Kao few people, some naked sunbathing ... You need to hire transport. The place where want to go back.
