The review was written 2012-01-08 by: Kristin Wall How was the booking process handled?: very good Other comments about the hotel: This place truly lives up to its name, the fifth paradise. Tranquility and peace all around. attentive service, hamocks in every three, nice bungalows and good for snorkeling. Super place for us to doze off the jetlag.
The review was written 2011-12-22 by: IRINA ZHIGALO How was the booking process handled?: O.K. Other comments about the hotel: Прелестный отельчик. The review was written 2011-09-21 by: Kerry-Anne Randall How was the booking process handled?: Very easy. Other comments about the hotel: The situation was beautiful, the room was lovely but I could imagine that if the resort was full there would be very little space on the beach as it is tiny but gorgeous. The service from staff was limited.Overall it was a fabulous location. The review was written 2011-07-02 by: Harriet Bleaken How was the booking process handled?: Other comments about the hotel: Really wonderful hexagonal holiday huts. Brilliant service. Food could be better. Really really far down the island, for me too remote. We spent most days on other beaches.Thankyou for a nice stay. Your customer service is excellent and you are all friendly and helpful. We broke a soap dispenser and you charged us a lot of money for a thing which would have cost next to nothing. The review was written 2011-03-07 by: Emma How was the booking process handled?: Other comments about the hotel: The place is a little paradise were the thailand resident go for there own vacation. We had our own beach, and its lovely. But the beds are hard. Get softer madrasess...And you get tired of the food in the hotell after 4 days. But I must say its paradise.

The review was written 2010-10-28 by: Aurelie Blondel How was the booking process handled?: Good, answer to our mail very fast. Other comments about the hotel: Quality not so good for the price. under bungalows, we had plastic bottle, we have to ask for services... Bungalows quite small (not all of them). Dangerous to go in taxi with a kid!! ask for a speed boat from Rayon.
The review was written 2010-08-05 by: Rohit Watsa How was the booking process handled?: Very good Other comments about the hotel: Good establishment. Very peaceful location. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Quality of the mattresses/pillows/beds could improve. Food overall quite good.Bathrooms average overall, do leak when it rains but they are designed to be open roofed. Not much of a beach for swimming. Rocky underfoot. There are much better beaches on Koh Samet. The resort would do well to exploit the neighbouring coral reefs in the natural park. This would compensate for the average beach. Also, they should sell/rent beach shoes so entering the water on their beach is not so much of an endurance.Don t miss the 4 island snorkeling trip conducted by Sinsamut, booked through the resort for THB 600 per person. Made the whole trip worthwhile.Would visit again. [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]
The review was written 2010-07-20 by: Fares Nawal How was the booking process handled?: Efficient staff Other comments about the hotel: Nimmanoradee Hotel is located in the remote part of the island which is nice if your are looking for a quiet place. We booked a beachfront cottage. The room was ok: clean and well maintained but no complimentary tea or coffee as expected considering the price. We have been in Koh Samed many times and we can tell you that this time the price is overestimated for this hotel considering the hotel service... and the breakfast sucks!Really, you can easily find better for cheaper in the island or better service for the same price. NO value for money AT ALL. [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Dioli How was the booking process handled?: very easy and simple, good service Other comments about the hotel: fabulous...we were looked after very well...the perfect place if you want to be away from it all (remote, need a motorbike to visit other areas on island)lovely staff and service good, would stay here again
The review was written 2009-01-25 by: Gerlinde Breitenbach How was the booking process handled?: good and quick!!! Other comments about the hotel: the hotel is on a very remote spot of the island, the beach(es) are very clean and ther water absolutely clear! You find everything you need in the cottages, big bed, very smooth A/C and TV, but only Thailanguage, no news in english, but HBO movies. The staff is friedly but speak little english only. Food is good. Thaikitchen. [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]
The review was written 2009-01-07 by: Alecia Harrell How was the booking process handled?: Other comments about the hotel: Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. The staff were not in any way helpful, and really just rude. The beachfront cottage I paid more for was actually a dirt path front cottage that overlooked steep jagged rocks then water. There is no actual sand that you can lie down on anywhere on the property. The website boasts Thai massage yet I was told it wasn t possible because their masseuse was on vacation during peak season. The actual cottage could have been perceived as charming, had they bothered to clean the disgusting bathroom or even just used clean linens. The pool is large enough for about four people, provided they weren t interested in swimming laps. Did i mention its an above ground model? Lastly, if you did happen to book here, don t plan on seeing the rest of the island, eating anywhere but the hotel(that only serves Thai beer, limited soft drinks and fruit juice), lying on the beach, or booking any sort of fishing trip without a 40 minute, 600 Baht(one-way) taxi ride on one of the worst roads I ve ever seen. I can only be happy that I only paid for two nights, the second of which we didn t bother staying. Koh Samet is an absolutely beautiful island with much to offer, don t book at Nim-ma-no-ra-dee! The review was written 2008-04-19 by: Lynne Lush How was the booking process handled?: Everything went very smoothly with no problems at all. Other comments about the hotel: The rooms were lovely, very clean and the air con was very efficient. The views were spectacular, the staff very friendly and helpful. Food was simple, but good, and there was plenty of choice. The beach is not the best on the island - very small and quite rocky, but much better when the tide is in.We would definitely return, as it s so peaceful. The review was written 2008-04-20 by: Thomas Thorne How was the booking process handled?: Booking is safe, quick and very easy. Other comments about the hotel: I ve just visited this resort and as far as thai resorts go I would say this place is disappointing. The price was more expensive than other resorts of a similar standard on Koh Samet. The rooms are quite nice, individual modern huts with TV, fridge and air conditioning. The connecting toilets and showers are ok, they could be cleaner and there were a lot of ants. The service was below average from the initial greeting when we arrived by boat to the waitresses in the restaurant. Maybe this is a little fussy but no offer to help carry our bags was made and the girls in the restaurant seemed more keen to sit and gossip rather than pay attention to customers waiting to make orders. The restaurant food is average, they offer a range of thai dishes although the prices are steep, starting at about 80 baht up to about 300 baht. They are not generous with the size of the meals for the price. This resort advertises rooms as beach front or seaview. Well the beach is non-existant and most of the rooms are rock front. The photo s on there website show the beach at high tide. The beach is extremely rocky and when we were there no attempt had been made to clean the rubbish that had been washed up onto the beach/ rocks. You cannot see the sun set in the west from the resort, you need to walk across the rocks to the most westerly point of the bay if the tide permits.Overall I would not recommend this resort unless you like rocky beaches. It s seclusion is not a positive. The beach and resorts on Ao Wong Deuan are of better quality. [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]
The review was written 2008-02-10 by: Lorraine Mullins How was the booking process handled?: simple and easy booking Other comments about the hotel: A lovely secluded place at the end of the island. Wonderful service! I a great place for a week end get-away. Quiet and peaceful on a lovely cove. suggest using the speed boat to arrive and depart as it is a long way from the main pier on Koh Samet. Also far from shopping and night life if that is of interest. A perfect spot if want to get want to just kick back and enjoy a relaxing time! We would go back again [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]
