We found out that the cloak system is out of orde and the shower water stay under the bungalow and smells shit.Then the building seams to lack maintenance with power outlet out of order, main door lock system out of order and can be opened by any key by my kids at 12 years age.The the restaurant seams to lack of resources when it comes to number of employees. We waited up to 1 hour for a pankake one morning....New ownership of the hotel DR Lanta is needed to make the big change needed.But we had good time anyhow :)

Other comments about the hotel: Great place situated very nicely on the Klong Dao beach. Great for families, we had a nice bungalow 25 m from the beach. We are a family of four and fit nicely in the bungalow. A bit simple bathroom with only cold water in the zink. Older standard of the facility. Great service and spoke english very good. Other comments about the hotel: Right back from a lovely vacation. Dr Lanta is a very nice place to stay in. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the rooms are what you can expect for the money. The location of the resort is perfect near the beach, and the restaurant has good food.

Other comments about the hotel: There are better places to find on Lanta. This is an average Klong Dao hotel. The breakfast is ok but not more. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are in need of a refreshment. The pool area is nice for children.

We had to upgradeto a better Bungalow with two dubbelbeds.It was a very nice bungalow. We liked the resort very much.Nice pool.friendly staff, good breakfast, nice beach, good location, everything was great.Taxi transfer from Krabi airport also perfect.Make sure that You donÂŽt book the cheapest bungalow!
