Other comments about the hotel: The location of the hotel was soooo strategic! Love love love the location! Upon arrival, we checked into our room but after a while discovered that the a/c unit was not functioning well. It was boiling hot! However, after lodging a complaint, they redirected us to another room. Without any fuss. One thing for sure, if u re looking for a more secluded place, this is not the place. Better find other hotel. But if u want easy access to the beach, motorbike rentals, travel agents, so this is the place to go! How was the booking process handled?: Sawasdee.com is the only booking service I have used this past four years and they are always prompt and reliable.
Other comments about the hotel: I have been here before, but in the high season when I considered it rather overpriced. This time I got three nights for the price of two which worked out to B625 per night - an excellent rate with breakfast included. There were no problems - the hotel is really well situated close to the beach, and I will certainly come here again.

Other comments about the hotel: The best thing about this hotel was the location. The bathroom was not clean and the towels had a mouldy smell. There are much better options close by. Breakfast was not good-the hot food was pre cooked and put in warming trays.

Other comments about the hotel: We, a family of 5, stayed for 6 nights, then went to Khao Sok on a jungleadventure for 1 night, then stayed for another 7 nights again. For the price and the service, we were pleased and satisfied. Close to everything, good breakfast (had everything you want and need), good and friendly staff. Something on the downside; the pool is a lot smaller then the pictures show (but works) and the beds are made of concrete! But then again, so are all beds in Thailand. But in superior-rooms rather noisy, delux is more quite and has very nice view to cliffs. All rooms are little bit old. Service and breakfast are ok. Also we liked small and cosy hotel s garden with swimming pool.

Rooms are nice although bathroom layout not too good as toilet faces shower and you sometimes have to walk on wet floor (this is not same in all rooms). Location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

How was the booking process handled?: the booking service agent is very efficient. However, the concept to pay the total payment for all the rooms prior staying is a bit unfair to the guests.
Other comments about the hotel: The hotel staffs are friendly, although they dont really get what we said, but they will try their best to assist us. Hotel and the rooms are clean. The breakfast served is worth for the money, expecially the star-shaped fried eggs. Overall, i will recommend this hotel to my friends for their future trip to Krabi.
