How was the booking process handled?: The ITC-T.com and its booking agent were very user friendly and efficient. I would recommend this booking service to everyone! Good Job.
Other comments about the hotel: The Cliff Ao Nang Resort was difficult to find. Two other resorts close by with very similar names & the entrance is almost hidden. Staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Walls in the bungalow were thin and could here everything going on in the next bungalow. Shower & toilet were in an enclosed outdoor setting. I find this ackward. All in all a good value for the money.

Other comments about the hotel: We enjoyed the stay at this hotel as the staff there has been helpful and courteous. The room though is abit too small and is only suitable for a couple. We love the nature and greenery surrounding the whole area and the location was good too. On the last day of our stay we had our breakfast almost under the rain as the table and chair are placed outside the door and only partially covered.Breakfast was well prepared and sufficent to both of us. Overall we have no complain on our stay there.

Other comments about the hotel: We stayed here for four nights, the staff couldn t have been friendlier, the rooms were fine, clean, secure but a little small however, not a problem for us - great bathroom a bit on the rustic side but we liked it. All bathroom toilettries were supplied and refilled daily. Breakfast was served outside your room on the terrace in the morning to your order and time the previous evening. Good sized pool and good location off the main street but no noise of traffic and a 10 minute walk to the beach. would recommend a stay here to anyone considering Ao Nang. Other comments about the hotel: Perfect! Exactly what we were hoping for. Thai-style bungalows with outdoor bathrooms and an intimate setting. Great staff with more staff than guests. Perfect service. Was great to have free wireless internet and sit by the pool and get work done. I can stay in med-high-rises all over the world. In Thailand - this is exactly what I was wanting, and seemed to be the only place of this traditional style.

Other comments about the hotel: The entry of the hotel gives you the first good impression that you are in the right place. After speding time in such hot weather, you have the impression to be in an oasis full of exotic plants and trees. The welcome of the staff is very pleasant together with calm and quiet environment. The room is not extremely big, but there is an unusual nice open air bathroom. We really enjoyed having breakfast on a small private terasse outside the room. We have found quite a good price for our stay with complimentary transfer from the airport and a dinner included. The quality of the food in the hotel restaurant is in line with the overall quality of the hotel services. Lækker morgenmad serveret på terassen. Venlig og hjælpsomt personale. Turen til stranden ca. 700 meter, men med masser boder at kigge på undervejs. Vil helt klart bo her igen, hvis vi kommer til Ao Nang igen.

Other comments about the hotel: I cannot fault this place! What a wonderful resort! absolutely beautiful, and provides the perfect peaceful retreat from busy Ao Nang. The outdoor bathrooms are stunning, and the beds are so comfortable! Having breakfast served outside the room was a wonderful touch. The rooms are a bit small, but that wasnt a problem at all, there is more than enough space for a couple. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for somewhere slightly special. Perfect for couples. The staff were fantastic too, nothing was too much trouble. It really was faultless - I was concerned it might be crowded as it was the Christmas period, but quite the opposite, we only had to share the swimming pool once! We almost check out before we even got there. The pool was dirty and there was no sun, because there was too many plants. The staff was friendly and tried to make sure that we was okay.

Our son had his birthday when we were at Cliff Ao Nang Resort, and the staff made a beatiful cake for him. We can highly recommend this hotell. Nice unique resort set up.Bad points: Too much mosquitoes, especially at the outdoor toilet area, resulting in my wife getting a lot of bites. I ended up having to buy and burn mosquitoe coils. Could not have breakfast outside our room also as a result of too much mosquitoes.The room though maybe a little too small if you are carrying a lot of luggages.
