Other comments about the hotel: The resort was very nice! Clean, basic but comfortable. The fan room was OK, if s little spartan. Food, drinks and service was good. Very friendly staff. Very relaxed atmosphere.

How was the booking process handled?: The reservation and the change of reservation via ThailandHotels-24.com was smooth. Never the less I have to complain about the lack of information about the extra charge the hotels debit for paying with credit card. This should absolutley be clarified during the booking process.
Other comments about the hotel: The bungalow was spacious and clean, however dark and a lot of moquitos on the porch. The resort has a great location at the beach.

Other comments about the hotel: Unmotivated staff where only 1 guy speaks English. Our beachfront bungalow was however perfect and they serve great food after always a long wait.
