How was the booking process handled?: Excellent booking and customer service from the booking agent. Polite and understanding service agents - and the money for the nights we did not stay was refunded in full. If I were you I would take this so called resort off your selection list - they let you down!!
Other comments about the hotel: Disgusting - bed bug infested - rude service. Do not stay here unless you want to be bitten to death by bed bugs and be told repeatedly that they are mosquito bites! My friend and I woke up with around 30 bites on each leg ... When we asked to switch rooms apparently there were none available, despite the fact that as people came to the reception whilst I was stood there complaining the manager was offering out double rooms at ridiculous prices. I warned that if we did not get refunded for at least 50% of the night we stayed I will put this review on every website I can find ... And here I am ... [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

How was the booking process handled?: we were not advised about the cot. Otherwise no problems
Other comments about the hotel: Amazing beach, clean room, beach front was beach front. Downfall, the receptionist was rude and we ordered a cot for our 2 year old ( assumed it was included like every other place we have stayed), and was hit for 300 bth a night for the cot when we arrived. 1000 bth key deposit was a bit steep too. Room would have been cheap and great but paying extra for cot made it expensive.

Other comments about the hotel: Very nice bungalow, we had a deluxe bungalow. In the back of the resort, which was fine. The resort is just on the beach - the beach is fantastic.A bit pricey, but at the same time it was peak season and we booked very late leaving us with no other options.Blue sky resort doesn t have a restaurant so had to go to the resort next door for breakfast.
