How was the booking process handled?: Everything worked perfect.
Other comments about the hotel: Very simpel resort with very small rooms. Close to Loh Dalam Bay. That means very loud music until 2 am. You are not able to sleep while the music plays. Nice place for young people - who goes to bed late (after 2 am). Not a place for at family.

How was the booking process handled?: Bokningen krÀvde förskottsbetalning vilket inte Àr trevligt. Det sas att man kunde delbetala men det fanns inget om hur detta skulle gÄ till. NÀr jag anlÀnde var personalen mycket frÄgande om vem jag var och ingen bokning tycktes finnas. De frÄgade efter bokningen och jag visade dem betalningsbekrÀftelsen som borde vara mer Àn tillrÀckligt. SÄ smÄningom efter flera samtal löstes problemet men med en klart oroad gÀst. Detta problem faller snarare pÄ bokningsföretaget www.ThailandHotels-24.com.com Àn pÄ hotellet.
Other comments about the hotel: Ett mycket trevligt och romantiskt liggande stugomrÄde byggt i bambu. MÄnga av stugorna har havsutsikt och eftersom det ligger lite högre direkt intill stranden sÄ flÀcktar det skönt under trÀden. Stranden bestÄr av stora stenar med sand emellan. Enligt en uppgift Àr dock utslÀppet av avloppet frÄn Phi Phi by inte lÄngt dÀrifrÄn.Det Àr lungt och avslappnande pÄ omrÄdet dagtid men under kvÀllen och natten överröstar ett flertal discon pÄ stranden varandra sÄ att det Àr omöjligt att sova, inte ens med öronproppar. Vilket gör hotellet idialiskt för festare som inte kojar förÀnn discot har slutat.Hotellet presenterades pÄ webbsidan med internet i alla stugor, detta stÀmmer inte. Internet (wifi) finns bara i lobbyn/kaféet och bara fram till 18.30 pÄ kvÀllen, och Àven dÀr Àr det ganska svagt. Detta gör att det inte Àr ett lÀmpligt hotell om man Àr beroende av hotellets internet.Personalen Àr nog lite luttrad av alla turister men ger en god service speciellt flickan i kaffeterian. Dock Àr man inte sÄ bra pÄ engelska som man skulle kunna vÀnta sig med tanke pÄ turistgenomströmningen.
