How was the booking process handled?: We booked hotelroom including breakfast for five days, payed in advance, and arriving at the hotel we were told that they didnĀ“t serve breakfast. They didnĀ“t even had any restaurant, and the booking service should have knowledge about that, this caused us a lot ot trouble with the local management.
Other comments about the hotel: The hotel is situated very close to the party beach , wich we found no information about on the website. We are around 50 years, and did not enjoy listening to the music all night long.. We have never met a more uninterested staff before at any hotel. We agree with the remarks from Lonely Planet that it is sad to see how Phi Phi Island has converted into a big garbage and sound pollutioned island. ItĀ“s beyond rescue.
