Other comments about the hotel: I really enjoyed my stay at Phi Phi Viewpoint Resort. The facilities are great, rooms are comfortable, the pool was great, staff were friendly and VERY helpful to me. The view from my room was magnificent, and I imagine views from higher up the hill would be even better.However, what everyone says about the noise at night is absolutely accurate. The clubs might as well have been in my bedroom. I am fortunate that I can sleep through anything, but probably wouldn t have booked to stay here if I was a light sleeper. I imagine, considering the quality of the rooms and the magnificent views, you would not be able to stay here at such an affordable price if it weren t for the nighttime noise.Also, I booked a room with breakfast,which they don t actually provide, but they upgraded me to a better room to make up for it. Other comments about the hotel: Отдыхали в этом отеле с 9 мая по 15 мая 2012. Месторасположение отеля-отличное.Сам по себе отель- староват, конечно, но в целом-нормально. В бунгало убирали каждый день, белье и полотенца меняли каждый день. Однако- дают по 2 полотенца: 1 полотенце для тела, а другое- зеленое- пляжное. Не хватало маленького полотенца-для других потребностей. Когда у нас что-то упало под кровать и мы ее отодвинули( отодвигается очень легко- на колесиках) - то под кроватью был жуткий слой грязи и пыли- с полгода точно там не убирали! Возле входа в бунгало стоят кувшины с водой и поварешками- чтобы ноги от песка смывать- так обслуги никогда воду в них не наливала. Нам приходилось самим выискивать способы наливать туда воду (ведра-то в номере нет). Мы обрезали 5-литровую бутылку от питьевой воды , потом с душа туда набирали и носили в этот кувшин. Довольно однообразные завтраки: практически каждый день одно и то же. В завтраках мне, например, очень не хватало хотя бы одного блюда тушеных овощей в соку- чтобы была хоть какая-то подлива к рису. Потому как рис по-тайски суховат. Еще замечание (если администрация отеля обратит внимание, конечно)- чтобы молоко для кофе-чая- стояло на подогреве. Практически все время приходилось пить кофе с молоком в теплом виде, что не очень-то приятно. Очень не понравилось обслуживание в столовой во время заказа обеда или ужина: садились за грязный, плохо протертый столик. Когда официант приносил заказанные блюда, то даже салфетки на столик не клали - там вот вилки-ложки на грязный стол и подавались. Также не на каждом столике стояли вазочки с салфетками. С этим у них большие проблемы. Когда покушали- то счета на оплату не допросишься и официанта не дозовешься. Приходилось ждать минут 15-20. В столовой очень старые столы и стулья. Стулья страшно жесткие, тяжелые... Задница, извините, на этих стульях просто каменела. А вот в рядом стоящем ресторане (звездой побольше) - на таких же стульях лежат подушечки. По столам с едой могут лазить кошки- поэтому не оставляйте свою еду без присмотра. А то, пока ходите за забытым куском хлеба, ваше блюдо попробует какая-нибудь киса или местный скворец. Когда обедали или ужинали- все время с моря дует сильный ветер- прямо в лицо, что очень неприятно. У меня с блюда листики зелени просто слетали. Горячая еда быстро остывала. А вот в ресторане рядом стоящего отеля- на этот случай прикрывали окна прозрачными пластиковыми шторами. Но не в нашем отеле. То есть заботы о комфорте гостей в этом отеле не видно. Но еда в ресторане отеля- очень вкусная. Цены- самые дешевые среди других отелей. Но мы все -равно выбрали бы этот отель, потому как это самый экономичный отель на Западном побережье. Other comments about the hotel: I was very impressed with Peace Laguna Resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. the view, scenic. It is located near many good restaurants, massage parlours and shopping centers. It is also near the beach. Location great just 1 min to the tonsai beach - the poolarea greate, and the bungalow perfect - good space, everything worked perfect, and the dayly cleaning was the very best i ever had in all the resort I stayed in Thailand. Staff in reception really nice, warm and helpfull - I booked for 7 days, but ended up staying the most off my holliday. Behind the hotel in 5 min walk, there is a lovely thai restaurant called Orange Restaurant where miss Eat and Mr Noi please to serv the very best traditional thaifood and really cheap to.

We liked the hotel and the prolong our stay for more 3 nights. Towels are changed every day. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. Ca t say nothing negative about the hotel.

Other comments about the hotel: This was my second time at hotel!! we were very disappointed! When checking in we were given a rooms which smelt like urine and had old vomit on the wall. We were then moved to a much better room. The swimming pool is NOT blue like in the picture. The tiles have aged and it looks more like a black pool.There was no waitron service at the swimming pool for 2 of the 4 days we were there. Breakfast has been changed to outside since I was last there, and all the food has flies sitting on it. Would probably not stay there again when I go back to Phi Phi. Other comments about the hotel: Отдыхали с 5 мая по 9 мая 2012г. Отличный отель! Большая, прекрасная, ухоженная территория. Столько замечательных деревьев, кустарников, цветов, всякие лавочки, столики, прудики с лотосами- все сделано с любовью, заботой. Отличный, приветливый, улыбчивый персонал.Очень понравилась услуга Bell Boy - если у Вас тяжелый груз, то можно звонить на ресепшн и просить прислать машину, чтобы отвезли к выходу. Также с багажом- привозят к бунгало и увозят назад, когда уезжаете. Еда была нормальная, хотя и довольно однообразная в течение 4 дней, что мы были. Мы старались приходить на завтрак самыми первыми: к 7 часам. Если приходишь позже- то все вазы с фруктами, хлеб, гостеприимно открыты всем пролетающим мухам. Это большой минус сервису отеля. Большое пожелание- служащие отеля читают отзывы: приобрести нормальные баки для еды с хорошими откидывающимися крышками. Была свидетелем ситуации:гость отеля уронил крышку с баком, где находился какой-то рис. Подошел служащий и вообще снял крышки с баков. Так что они стоят открытыми. Нарушение гигиены. Отель находится достаточно далеко от Макдоналдса, САтарбакс-кофе и фруктового базарчика. Нужно брать тук- тук (20 бат с человека) и ехать на право, до 1 причала. Если до фркутового рынка- то 50 бат с чел. Возле отеля фрукты продавались с передвижных закусочных по 35 руб/1шт- манго, банан. А на базарчике 50 руб- 1 кг. манго, 30 руб- 1 кг. банан. Папайя- 60 руб. 1кг. Так что выгоднее поехать сразу и накупить фруктов на все дни отдыха. Пляж хороший, можно купаться. [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Other comments about the hotel: We spent 3 nights here.The room was large.You can see the sea by lying on bed, the sea view was beautiful.But the shower room was awful.No separate for shower area and the toilet,after taking a shower everything got wet.What is more, the staffs there were no so helful.We asked for luggage help when arrived in the pier,no one could be found after 20 minutes.When we checked out,they offerred luggage help but when arrived in the pier,the guy asked me for money while I thought the service should be free.
