Other comments about the hotel: ขอโทษนะครับ ปกติไม่ค่อยจะคอมเมนต์เท่าไหร่ แต่ครั้งนี้แบบไม่ไหว พอไปถึงมราพักก็ค่ำแล้ว พนักงานซักคนจะออกมาดูแลหาที่จอดรถก็ไม่มีซักคน ขนาดจอดเข้าไปถามแล้วก็ยังไม่ออกมาโบกหรือดูแลเลย แต่พอเดินเข้าไปเอาวอชเชอร์ยื่น ก็ทำยิ้มแย้ม ต้อนรับดี จริงเหรอแบบนี้น่ะ ไม่ดูเฟคไปเหรอ แต่ก็ต้องบอกว่าพนักงานรอบเช้าดีครับ แต่ก็ต้องแนะนำให้พนักงานดูกระตือรือร้นกว่านี้นะ ด้วยความหวังดี [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Other comments about the hotel: We have booked 1 Standart and one DeluxeRoom, declared at 21 and 42 Squaremeter. With balcony. When we have entered the room we must find out the room size was only have as declared. the balcony was as narrow as 1 meter and around the room. but there was no view. One meter ahead of the balcony there was the wall of another building. No view at all. After my complain to the reception, the excuse was all deluxe room are the same. so there was 20 rooms, half of them with no view at all. Some standart rooms with poolview.To me this is completely unaceptaple and a cheating. The pool is quite nice, and the view from the restaurant to river and hills is very nice and the very best of the Hotel. The Breakfast was also poor. Cold fried rice, cold eggs, some cold saucages. 2 kind of fuits, Coffee and no juice at all. Room cleaning was finished at 5pm. One night there was a company party with loud music until 12pm right in front of the guest rooms. The Hotel Management has to learn and improve a lot, to get even a 3 star standart.

Other comments about the hotel: Very beutifull privet hotel,amazing view-lake and mountans.This is first hotel i see in Kanchanaburi have real beach!Good for those who want to escape from the big city, a little far from the city, by car 5 min.Very good service, nice food, not expencive.The minus of hotel is thai style matras-very hard and not comfortable, same for pillow.
