How was the booking process handled?: I use Sawasdee regularly and will continue to do so
Other comments about the hotel: The rooms and surroundings were clean and well maintained.There were a few mosquitoes around but we had insect spray with us for the room and insect repellant for ourselves.The Manager also gave us some insect repellant as we were sitting outside and there was a mosquito net above our bed. Food in the restaurant very tasty

How was the booking process handled?: Booking web site is goodImmediate replying is good.Customer service officer should talk to the guest to understand what the guest wants
Other comments about the hotel: The location is good.The room fixtures are maintained good.But not prepared well for the guest. ( There were many mosquitos in side the room disturbing our sleep)Need to improve the surrounding need to post security on the gate atleast for the night.( on 8th Feb night 10:15 PM, there was no one to get a matchbox for lightning the mosquito coil) [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]
