Other comments about the hotel: The good things about this hotel is that the staff are friendly and the service was excellent. I had two problems with my room and they fixed them within 30 minutes. Location is good and within walking distance of the night bazaar and night life. But there was just something about this hotel that made me feel it should be in the 1,200 THB category rather than in excess of 2,100 THB. Oh and watch the small change in floor level coming out the lift and walking to your room. It is difficult to see and I tripped and fell down on one occassion. Other comments about the hotel: Superior room is not particularly big. Also has a very small bathroom with a curtain to seal the shower area off from the washbasin & toilet. As the drainage point is at the back of the room the floor therefore stays wet. Room was cleaned late in the day on several occasions & only when requested by me phoning housekeeping, even though there were not that many guests. Small pool which only gets the sun from late morning, and only 6 sun loungers to cater for all guests. Hotel is adjacent to the night market and you can hear music from there in some of the rooms, which was a complaint from some guests at reception. None of the rooms have a balcony. Breakfast is the usual frankfurter style sausage and cold ham, plus streaky bacon. On one day the meat content of the bacon was non existent and was 100% fat. Also the fresh fruit was sometimes limited to just water melon. Not that good for a country where pineapples grow in abundance. Staff in the breakfast restaurant helpful and friendly. For some reason there is water cascading into a fish tank in the restaurant which is noisy and totally out of place. Main woman on reception was a bit overbearing at times. I like some of the stuffs cos they seem to be very friendly, especially the girl who serve breakfast while I was there and the housemaid are very friendly and helpful. Its just a few things that bother me was that some people there ( some thai men) who walked around lobby seem a bit unfriendly. Clean hotel with very friendly staff and for second year in a row it was extremely quiet. Swimmingpool is nice but small with very limited space to stay there. We stayed in a superior room where shower and toilet are combined in a strange way with limited space. We also faced some issues with lack of hot water. Still good hotel to stay but if you don t like a very quiet environment, you d better go elsewhere. In Sundance there is sometimes more staff than visitors. (Left my camera in the room & upon calling them an hour later they were able to find it & give it back to me).Small room with 4 English speaking TV channels. Basic breakfast. Night market is located right next to the hotel so you can easily walk over there & buy some (local) food if you wanted to. Sundance is within walking distance of the Marriott hotel & you can get access to the beach from there.Overall a nice (cost friendly) place to stay

I really love the fact then it s was almost empty. So quit maximum! The pool with sun al day almost alone! I will go back again for sure!!

Other comments about the hotel: This really is a terrific hotel, located near the town and next to a night market. It is quite new, has modern spacious rooms and is kept very clean. The staff are especially nice and very polite, particularly the remarkable manageress, Chanya, who is very helpful and kind. She speaks excellent English and was always interesting and gives useful advice. Also she is a qualified nurse, and even treats customers minor injuries etc! Other comments about the hotel: Probably the best budget hotel I ve stayed at in Thailand. Very nice rooms, and fairly quiet. Good location. Walking distance to almost everything, as it s in the middle of town. Staff very friendly. If I return to Hua Hin, I would stay here again for sure.

Other comments about the hotel: the hotel is about 15 minutes walking distance from the night market, 10 minutes walking from the Village mall and 50 meters from the Grand Hotel market.I stayes in the junior suite which was a very big room with big and comfort bed and big shower room with no bath tube.the room was clean and new and had no balcony, it had only 1 window and the view was not intresting.the hotel was very quiet and we had the feeling that we are alone there, in our 3 days stay we never saw people using the swimming pool and only 1 time we saw people eating breakfast, the breakfast was very basic.overall the hotel is a good value for money.
