Other comments about the hotel: We have stayed here before. A no-frills 2/3 star hotel right on the beach. Good selection breakfast 07.00 until 10.00. Staff a bit more fluent in English than before. Air con in bedrooms was a bit noisy. Internet access 540.00 baht per week ( take an ADSL cable as wi-fi only work ground and first floor). Pool and beach towels supplied FOC. 4 times daily free shuttle bus into town. Local scooter hire 1200 baht per week. Quick and reasonable laundry service.Don t expect plush surroundings. Other comments about the hotel: surprising that no permission for late check-out (on Monday) as requested due to I d need to have lunch first, so I d just early check-out on 11.00 AM and lunch in-town instead, thanks for disappointed us.

Finns ÃĪbe en shuttelbuss men den gÃĨr inte sÃĨ ofta.Runt hotellet sÃĨ finns det lokala restauranger ifall man iunte orkar ÃĨla in till stan. Hotellet ligger vid stranden och har egna solstolar dÃĪr det ÃĪven finns mÃķjlighet att kÃĪka lunch, kÃķpa dricka, glass mm. Personalen pÃĨ beachen och i hotellets reception ÃĪr underbara.Hotellet ÃĪr ÃĪldre men fullstÃĪndigt okey.Frukosten ÃĪr en typiskt thaifrukost med varma ris och nudelrÃĪtter. Finns ÃĪven toastbrÃķd, marmelad, grÃķnsaker, frukt och omelettkock.PoolomrÃĨdet ÃĪr litet och inte speciellt mÃĨnga solstolar, men det ÃĪr nÃĪstan inga som igger dÃĪr utan man ÃĪr mest pÃĨ stranden. Other comments about the hotel: Whilst the staff are as friendly and helpful as they could be, the hotel, in general, is now looking a little run down. We found the Buffet Breakfast a little off putting, with pre-fried eggs left for some time. Our room, this year, was a Junior Suite, well worth the extra expence for the size and views from the balcony. This is our third visit to the Blue Wave. Other comments about the hotel: Rooms are clean and functional. The room I checked in did not have working table lamps or a balcony light so I was moved to a lower floor. Changing the setting on the airconditioner took a bit of effort without a remote control. Good selection for breakfast and service was friendly.

Other comments about the hotel: The hotel is nice for the price and it is peaceful and relatively uncrowded at the beach. If you like peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday this is the place to go. And Hua Hin is just a short 20 mins away by free shuttle bus.
