How was the booking process handled?: Very good communication.You have to thing about the penalty of canselling of reservation. Everybody use one-night-charge when you can t go to the hotel. I thing that there is no correct to take a full payment for penalty. And if i m cancelling my reservation 2 month before the date - you should be give my money back. Next time i will not work with you

We took a family bungalow, it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children, may be they should put the tv on the bedroom.The pools are very clean, great location - on the beach...The only bad thing is that there are nothing to do...No restaurants, no facilities.

Other comments about the hotel: WE arrived at the resort after driving from Rayong (about 550km.) looking forward to a rest before continuing the next day for another 500 km. However, we met with a tour who decided to have a disco party (by permission of the management) in the open restaurant. We were given a room very close to this noise. We were told it would end at 11.00pm.; however, it DID NOT and the mangaement refused to do anything about the thumping row and screaming girls. Finally I had to stop the party. I will NEVER recommend this resort to anyone and have told my friends the same story. I suggest that ThailandHotels-24.com remove this resort from their list.

Other comments about the hotel: The village of Ban Krut is maybe one of the best kept secrets in Thailand - at least to foreign tourist. When we told our guide at our hotel in Bangkok that we were going to Ban Krut, his reaction was Why at all do want to go there? . But we never regretted doing so, and the Baan Klang Aow was a true paradise to our family (2 adults + children 5 & 8). We got a bungalow just beside one of the pools which was just perfect. Everything was very well kept - from the bungalows and the housekeeping to the vegetation around the resort. For most weekdays, we were almost the only guests - whereas most guests, mostly Thai, arrived during the weekends. It was amazing.Food is great and reasonably priced. Staff is very, very friendly. You get free internet access and free shuttle to/from the Train station and the Buddha statue. The beach looks great but the water is not too clear, so we stuck to the two swimmingpools at the resort. There s truly not much to see in the Ban Krut area, but if you just need a place to relax and enjoy yourself, Baan Klang Aow is perfect. And it s only half the trip from Bangkok to the more known gulf islands (Koh Samui etc.). Higly recommended!

Other comments about the hotel: Nice place located at Ban Krut beach about 1.5 hr south of Hua Hin. Had 2 bedroom seaview cottage which was fine for 2 adults and 2 children. Resort has 2 swimming pools and directly opposite the beach. Beach is clean and water is nice and warm.Ban Krut and the resorts down here are mainly used by Thai holidaymakers, few foreigners venture here. It s quiet here except during long weekends and the Thai new year when the place becomes very busy.Breakfast was good. The usual offerings. Evening meals were okay but not great. More vegetables than seafood on the plate at times.Free use of internet here as well. Staff were polite and corteous and always willing to assist.Overall a nice place to get away from it all and not commercialised like Hua Hin etc is now. Just a final note - people can bring their dogs here when staying. There were quite a few when we stayed but i didn t hear any barking and all dogs were on leashes.

Other comments about the hotel: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Baan Klang Aow Beach Resort. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They made each of us feel welcome. The beach was great -- clean, not crowded and very family friendly. We highly recommend this resort to families and those who want to be away from crowds, on a nice, clean, beautiful beach within driving distance from Bangkok.

Other comments about the hotel: Having spent 14 days with a group of friends in Ban Krut I can thoroughly recommend Bangklangaow. The accomodation is basic - but immaculately clean and set around beautiful gardens. The staff are fantastic and made the visit a delight. The beach here is well maintained and almost deserted. A great get away for a relaxing vacation.

Other comments about the hotel: Basic but good hotel across a small quiet road from a beautiful beachwith waves (we were there in December). The two bedroom bungalows are very practical for a family and are just by the pools. The gardens are very nice with lots of exotic plants. The staff is nice and professional. The breakfast buffet is OK. All in all, a very quiet resort in a beautiful part of Thailand.

How was the booking process handled?: If you had given us correct information re the driving time we would have made different arrangements re transport. It is definately not 1 hour from Huan Hin.
Other comments about the hotel: This was a perfect getaway with the most obliging staff, good cheap seafood, drinks, clean rooms and 2 great swimming pools. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definately be back but next time fly to Huan Hin and then take a car and driver. As the booking agent told us it was only 1 hour from Huan Hin we had a cat from Bangkok which took 5 hours.

Other comments about the hotel: I stayed there for two nightes, found the staff are friendly but they kept doing the gardening and maintaince work, digging up soil, hammer rocks and trimming tree, it was distrube andleves fell over to swimming pool and those noised those work created can t let me have a peace of mind to stay at my room which I did pay for. I would not recommend this place if you wanta peace of mind and want to enjoy your trip...it just no worth of paying to stay there or else make sure they ensure there wouldn t be any disturbance made during your stay.

Other comments about the hotel: Drove from Chiangmai to Baanklangaow 1200km over 2 days (stopped one night in Nakon Sawan.Baanklangaow Beach Resort was fine, clean bungalow (2 bedrooms) at the back away from the crowds ... had several bus groups who seemed to stay only one night.The manager is a really pleasant guy ... a born host ... we did have a hiccup with a restaurant order one night and he dealt with is very quickly and professionally.October off season ... beach was very very quiet ... deck chairs readily available, fine sand very long beach.No night life at all ... makes it ideal to chill out or for family.Small beach restaurant called The Beach 500m from hotel ... recommended, Thai food plus steak.So we thought good value for money.The icing on the cake for me was that in the coffee shop they had (reliable) wireless internet connectivity at Baht60 for 24 hour period ... glad I took my laptop (well it wasn t all holiday)
