Other comments about the hotel: This hotel is quite old and not very clean. The service was not very good either, the a/c was not cooling very well and the hotel is 30 minutes from Chiang Mai center. How was the booking process handled?: Secure on-line booking was easy through ThailandHotels-24.com.com and when we arrived everone was ready and the desk was eager to please. I give them high scores, they were very user friendly.
Other comments about the hotel: A great place for peace and serenity. The rooms were cleaned daily, and well maintained. The beds are very comfortably soft, with multilingual TV channels,Internet in the lounge, and the meals were a great value. Everyone of the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
