How was the booking process handled?: Booking service ok, but after 3 phone calls and 1 email, we are still waiting for our refund of the 50%.
Other comments about the hotel: On the pictures it looks very attractive. However in realty the hotels needs a renovation of beds and bathrooms.Our bathroom was smelling so bad we could not stay and we moved out after one hour, which was most unconvenient, as there are not many other hotels around. The floor of the bathroom are riverstones, so you cannot clean properly.The hotel offered us a refund of 50% and they gave us the telephone number of where we booked, which was very kind.
