We love the bigsize rooms (doi suthep wing), the big size pool, the roomcleaningservices ( the girls do an exellent job and the doormen.we keep on being surprised about the failure of the elevators.The reception staff is doing there best. Please Management, why are YOUR cars ALWAYS in front(the best place) of the hotel and our cars are in the back ? Please do respect your clients, it is OUR money who gives you the oppertunity to drive big cars but give yourself a modest parking-space and give your clients the space of parking there rental cars in front of the hotel ! I admitted due to forget my payment concessions, so agreed to pay 3late upgrade rate, but the service personnel that night did not remind me, my room policy, so I think the hotel is cheat. In hotel booking charter and tour guide service is a cheat, expensive fees but no service,5000 strains of the cost of one day, he took me to the Chiang Mai City of3 temples and treasure mountain village, is simply not worth it. During my stay they have had often problems with internet connection. Daily room service and hotel bar was open 24 hours.Charmantes Hotel vor allem für junge Leute und Rucksack-Touristen – gut gelegen. Personal weitgehend sehr freundlich mit Ausnahme der beiden Damen am Empfang. Tägliche, gute Zimmer-Reinigung und - wohl eher – selten die Hotelbar war 24 Stunden bedient.

Other comments about the hotel: 兰纳风格的房子，全木质，二楼比较安静，一楼应该有点吵。庭院很美，绿树红花掩映，有个小小游泳池。早餐搭配很好，双人早餐分量很足。房间较小，年代有点老，更适合情侣，我们带着4岁的儿子有点活动不开。说是有阳台，但阳台小的不能转身，卫生间也小，淋浴区没有门。地点不错，正在大马路边，隔壁是7-11，对面是自助洗衣店，拐个弯就是帕辛寺，房价偏高，也是无可奈何事。但这条路的枝枝蔓蔓巷子里上GH多，有性价比更高的选择。 [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

We hired a taxi for the day which cost around $40. The accommodation was much better than a room in a hotel. The food at the restaurant was very good value. Why they always have to try that, i do not know.Apart from that an enjoyable stay, not really much more to add here. Was nothing spectacular, but enjoyable.
