I cannot receive money back from my company Other comments about the hotel: The cleanness is the Hotel level, but for the service and the facility is the high-end Guest House level, such as no staff for moving the large bags(there is no elevator). The staff may be trained to meet the low cost concept, so they have no service mind, no explanation. It is the hotel for bag packer, not for family. Bit the price is same as the nearby Amora Hotel which is 4 stars Hotel.
