Other comments about the hotel: We come already for many years in Chiang Mai Plaza, this time we stayed for 4 weeks and every day was wonderful.To start with the rooms comfortable and clean, the breakfast also good and the entrance and hall is royal beautiful. And the swimmingpool is so nice but first of all the staff is very friendly.We will come back next year. Thank you.

How was the booking process handled?: Very good service, I called to change the booking date only one day in advance due to the weather problem, they can manage it without any problem. I will definitely use the sawasdee website to book the hotel next time.

Other comments about the hotel: Just came back from Chiang Mai for a one week holiday. We have no complaints on the hotel. Even though it is not a new hotel, you can feel its warmth. It is clean, beatiful lobby, helpful front desk and nice breakfast. Our complaint regarding the third bed and toilet seat was dealt with almost immediately. Would stay there again. Note: could have been better if it has a safe in each room.

Other comments about the hotel: I strongly recommend this hotel. I ve stayed here three times now and have always been amazed by the service and the good look. Its only 2 minutes walk from night bazaar and everything youll ever need. In my oppinion, one of the better places to stay if you visit Chiang Mai. Cheap rooms in excellent conditions with very friendly staff and service.
