How was the booking process handled?: booking through internet was too complicated-i received 3 confirmations from a travel agent in Bangkok, confusing. I wanted direct with the hotel
Other comments about the hotel: Good hotel, not luxurious, with all the basics.room ok, but quit simple.service very ok.Massage was rather expensive, but good.
