The only set back is we have to call the hotel for the transfer upon our arrival at Chiang Mai, it would be better for the hotel people to be at the airport on time upon quest arrival especially our flight arrived at late night.Overall the hotel service n the location is good, we will choose the same hotel again for our return visit to Chiang Mai.

We found every day that we did not have bath towels, toilet paper or coffee for the next day. Breakfast was cold & no variety was offered. I would not stay there again.
