Other comments about the hotel: Nous avons été très déçu par cet hotel!!!Nous avions réservé la chambre master pool room.quand nous sommes arrivés, la chambre paraissait correct vu le prix de la nuit!!!En fin de journée, lorsque nous sommes rentrés, nous ne pensions plus qu à prendre ce fameux bain sur la terrasse, accompagné d un apéritif...Bref la soirée idéale en amoureux et romantique...Nous avons été très déçu !!! la mise en eau n avait pas été faites!!! pas une goutte dans cette grande baingnoire !!!Nous avons fait venir le gérant car ils ne sont pas présent à l hotel, donc obligé de téléphoner avec notre propre téléphone pour avoir explication, Soit disant, la staf avait oublié, et ensuite s était tromper de chambre!!! Nous avons du faire une croix sur cette soirée en amoureux, que l on a tend attendu pendant plusieurs mois!!!!Du coup nous avons obté pour une douche et là encore, déçu !!! Pas une goutte d eau chaude!!! Nous ne sommes pas du tout prout-prout mais il y a des limites!!!A 2090 bath la nuit (plus de 50 euros) nous nous attendions à autre chose !!!Actuellement tenu par 2 français, il n accepte aucune critique, madame est désagréable, elle m a enguellé, parce que nous n étions pas content !!! c est le monde à l envers!!!bref hotel de koh samui à eviter absolument, tant que la direction n aura pas changé!!!Pour un peu moins cher, nous vous conseillons l hotel crystal bay à Lamai, la chambre deluxe sea view. ce sont des thais qui le gére, ils sont géniaux, et d une gentillesse incroyable!!! Other comments about the hotel: What a lovely hotel! Our room was fantastic, clean and had fabulous facilities. Hotel staff were always more than helpful. Great location if you are looking to stay outside of centre but within walking distance. Would seriously recommend and would certainly go again!

Other comments about the hotel: Stayed in the master deluxe room at this resort great value,especially with own outdoor bath/pool and full privacy.Pretty much had the resort to ourselves while there as other guests did their own thing during the day. Swimming pool another great bonus.Better than the beaches close by strewn with the leftovers of a recent storm.The bed was a little on the firm side but after travelling throughout Thailand found this to be the norm.Certainly would stay at this resort again.
