Any questions/concerns were handled immediately. This hotel had it all. Nice room, amazing breakfast buffet,travel agent, nice beach directly across the road and many food options in resort plaza. How was the booking process handled?: Thank you a lot for your booking service. There is nothing to complain, every request has been answered to our full pleasement at a minimum of time. The whole booking worked perfectly.
Other comments about the hotel: It is a clean and tidy hotel, with a few lacks. first is to mention that the whirlpool is out of order, and was not been repaired in the 3 weeks of our stay, although we gave up the request to do that. the 2 pools are in a bad condition, they loose single tiles on the ground. The hotel has a very good towel service, every guest gets one for each time you visit the pool, everytime a fresh one, but there are no matresses availeble for the Bathing seats. That is a tiny lack of confort. Buddy Hotel would be the perfect space to stay if the manegement kept an eye on the hotel, and reduce the things obove. It is not recommendable for people who want to bath in the sea. The beach at the hotel is wonderful, but the water is flat and stony. you have to bath in the pool, or walk about 1000 meters to get to very good waters.All in one we have to say that we were lucky with the hotel, and if the few little lacks are terminatet it is a hotel which is recommendable at all times. Other comments about the hotel: Great new hotel in the quiet place on Lamai! Friendly staff. The rooms are great and beautiful. I like the colonial style of this hotel. One problem - the hotel has no good sea for swimming but it has 2 beautiful swimming pools. If you can drive motorbike - you will no have any problem with swimming in the sea because you can drive everywhere on the island:)! I stayed here for 3 holidays and I m sure that I ll go here again!

Other comments about the hotel: Though the hotel was a bit far away from the Lamai main streets, but we rent a scooter so it was not a problem at all. The hotel itself was very nice: the breakfast was delicious, room was bright and fully equipped. The pool was smaller than we expected but it was good enough for what we all expected from the hotel. When we checked out to transfer to the other hotel, Buddy staff actually offered free transfer to the other hotel (firstly they offered the service for 300Baht)My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They reached out to give all the assistance we ever dreamed of. They upgraded our room, They gave us a free ride to the Chaweng. Really amazing service. Moreover the Hotel has a very quiet wonderful beach right across the road.This is the place to be if you are willing to walk 100 yard to the beach and if you want to be in a quiet place with great service. The staff from the maids throught to the general manager Mr Ken were fantastic. They were friendly, helpfull and informative.The rooms were unbelivable and romantic. They were very clean and serviced every day with clean bedding and towels. we have to recomend Pazzo Italian resturant, also Chom Lay 24hr resturant on the beach.The resort is perfect for families and people wanting a wonderful relaxing holiday.The resort is quite and a little way from the husstle and busstle of Lamai town but close enough that you can walk there on the beach.we would highly recomend Buddy Hotel to everyone and we will be returning there next year.
