Other comments about the hotel: Everything was absolutely excellent.I had all the privacy I wanted and the room was super cleaned everyday with fresh towels and sheets.It has good position and everything in Lamai is a few minutes walking away.Dao is very polite and helpful as the rest of the stuff.I will definitely go back

Other comments about the hotel: This place was very nice, run by great people. It is very quiet but not on the beach about a 5 minute walk so if you are looking for beach-y not the place.We did have a great time, very clean and quite large.[ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

How was the booking process handled?: Evrything worked out well. The lady that owned the hotel waited for us as we got in late which was reassuring that the booking service had done it s job. Brilliant!
Other comments about the hotel: Brilliant hotel, got everything there, resturants, laundry, 7/11, family mart, travel/tour booking, motorbilkes all in the same area. The lady there was really nice and always smiling, if you ever had a problem she could sort it out. Rooms were big and cleaned reguarly. Definatly recommend this as a top hotel.
