Other comments about the hotel: Q signature have lost its charm. Rooms are not maintained nor is the service good anymore. The wood around the jacuzzi is fully rotten and I stepped right through it with bad injuries on leg. Our Lotus Pool Villa with fantastic sea view (according to description) had no view at all. A wall! We demanded a change and got one that, at best, had partial sea view if standing on your toes. The service is not even close to a similar hotel in Thailand. You have to ask in the reception and call several times before you get anything, only to find out it is the wrong thing. After 6 days with the same bed linen we wanted it changed. After a grumpy attitude we got it. The breakfast is boring and picked clean if you arrive 45min before closing. [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

How was the booking process handled?: Easy to book through a third party web site. We received what we paid for and there was no problems at all
Other comments about the hotel: A great resort with great friendly service. From the very start the staff were more the helpful and could not do enough for us. My family and I enjoyed the great spacious pool villa which was clean and beautiful. A bit a work in some areas due to it s location which is compensated by the awesome views of the ocean. Other comments about the hotel: Nice hotel, great for relaxing, having stayed at other places in Thailand felt that the information on local attractions, best places to eat etc was not readily availabe, but clean comfortable and overall good experience
