How was the booking process handled?: Very good experience. They kept me informed about the status up until the reservation was made. Remarkably no issues checking in using a third party site.
Other comments about the hotel: Thre positives: The resort itself is nice; rooms are definitely luxurious, staff is extremely accomodating. The negatives: No beach; close to the main road so you hear cars and motor scooters passing.

Other comments about the hotel: Very nice seafront resort. A bit smaller than expected, esp the hotel infinity pool. We had the oceanfront pool villa, it was very nice. Bathroom was roomy, contemporary-styled. There are flower petals everywhere in the room. If you are looking for a reasonable-priced oceanfront villa, this is the hotel to pick. Location is a bit off the busy area.
