How was the booking process handled?: This is my 3rd time to use ThailandHotels-24.com.com and again I am very pleased. Will use them again in the future.
Other comments about the hotel: This hotel was almost everything I expected and hoped. I was very pleased. The service was very good. The staff was great. The only disappointment concerned the kitchen. I thought it would be furnished with more than just a few glasses and spoons. There did not seem to be much point to having a kitchen if we had no cutlery or dishware to use in it.

Other comments about the hotel: We stayed in a Poolside room for 5 nights and from the moment we got there till the moment we left it was an utter pleasure to stay there.The staff were courteous and friendly, the room was immaculately clean and very spacious. Further noise was not a problem if you closed the windows and doors (in fact the Muay Thai stadium is next door, and with the room doors and windows closed, you couldn t even hear the noise from it).The only (mildly) negative things I can think of is that the resort is not located on the beach proper, but about a 5 minute walk from it, the pool is somewhat small and the breakfast buffet is very limited.Otherwise, this place is well worth staying at.
