How was the booking process handled?: Ok no problems
Other comments about the hotel: I was booked to stay here for 3 weeks but left after one week. The kitchen attached to the apartment was filthy with cockroaches, I had to clean the fridge out myself before use. It advertises as having cable TV but this is not the case only Thai channels, which are useless to a non Thai person when Samui rains lasts for days. Poorly managed, dirty and over priced.
