The review was written 2011-06-21 by: Andrew Fiddament How was the booking process handled?: Tip Top as always Other comments about the hotel: The worst hotel ever in Banglok!!! Book for 4 nights and checked out after the 1st night. The hotel was full of Korean teenagers running amok throughout the night screaming and drunk and hotel security refused to do anything and the management were less than helpful. Spend a little more and stay at the Dusit Princess :-( [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]
The review was written 2010-12-28 by: douglas m rutter How was the booking process handled?: Very efficient as always, thanks Other comments about the hotel: Tucked well out of the way, taxi driver had to phone hotel for directions. But, what a surprise, lovely hotel, near some lovely shopping centres which you get to by the free tuk tuk shuttle from the hotel. Good breakfast, well worth staying at to see another part of Bangkok. [ThailandHotels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

The review was written 2010-11-27 by: James Michael Harrod How was the booking process handled?: relaible Other comments about the hotel: Contrary to the above review, this hotel is not in the middle of nowhere and is a first class three star hotel; clean, modern, with restaurant with adequate food. Only twenty minutes by taxi to the new airport (140 baht; less than US$5) and room rates as little as US$27. One mile away is Season Center, one of Asia s largest shopping malls--with free 7-minute shuttle to and from hotel--along the way passing many street food stalls, clothing shops and massage places (foot massage US$3). This hotel is convenient for late night arrival at the airport and for early morning departure, saving a higher-price hotel in downtown for half a nights stay. The hotel is part of the Heritage Hotels chain; we stayed at the lovely Heritage Bangkok boutique hotel (adjacent to Chong Nonsi (Silom) skytrain station) for a week for about US$62/double with breakfast. The review was written 2010-08-29 by: K L How was the booking process handled?: In case guest given thier Thai mobile number, it would be nice if ThailandHotels-24.com call to confirm the room ^^ Other comments about the hotel: Good hotel but difficult to get there. They should add more sign post. Even I born and grow up in Bangkok I still face difficulty to get to this hotel.

The review was written 2010-06-28 by: LOH WING YIP How was the booking process handled?: booking service is ok but can be improved by immediate confirmation as with other hotel booking sites Other comments about the hotel: Rooms are new and clean, meets basic requirements but the bathroom need to have better ventilation as it is very hot and there is need for shower curtain to avoid wetting floors which is rather slippery when wet and can be dangerous.Breakfast can be better.
