How was the booking process handled?: In case guest given thier Thai mobile number, it would be nice if ThailandHotels-24.com call to confirm the room ^^
Other comments about the hotel: Good hotel but difficult to get there. They should add more sign post. Even I born and grow up in Bangkok I still face difficulty to get to this hotel.

How was the booking process handled?: booking service is ok but can be improved by immediate confirmation as with other hotel booking sites
Other comments about the hotel: Rooms are new and clean, meets basic requirements but the bathroom need to have better ventilation as it is very hot and there is need for shower curtain to avoid wetting floors which is rather slippery when wet and can be dangerous.Breakfast can be better.
